A Menu for Change has developed strategic partnerships with a range of local and national organisations. There are a number of organisations in Scotland with unique expertise, connections and experience engaged in work related to food security. By bringing together these stakeholders we can build on the strengths of our collective work and continue to achieve change to benefit communities across Scotland. It will be important to coordinate activities to maximise impact and prevent any duplication of activity.
A ‘Strategic Partners Forum’ has been established and meets biannually to share their knowledge and expertise, offering advice and insights to the Project Team on project development and implementation.
A range of organisations and individuals are members of the Strategic Partners Forum:
- Community Food and Health Scotland
- NHS Health Scotland
- Citizens Advice Scotland
- The Trussell Trust
- Dr Flora Douglas
- Scottish Government
- Big Lottery Fund Scotland
- The Robertson Trust
A Research Advisory Group has also been established to provide expert advice and support of our research activities, including: Dr Flora Douglas, Jane Perry, and Rachel Loopstra.
